Just for clarification: is Five Oaks's involvement limited to the hospital building? And have we had any updates on that building recently?

^ Five Oaks also has the surrounding buildings and I think the entire development is ready to be leased up.

The townhouses/rowhouses north of the Camsell are part of the Five Oaks project. Emmanuel Home (the seniors home to the south of the Camsell, with an entirely different general contractor) is not.

Hellooo. Long time creeper on this forum/post because I live near the development and am interested in watching it progress! Thought I would finally join and share a link I found during a recent search around for info on the development. It's the sales site for what I believe is the Camsell apartments and the townhomes behind it. Has floorplans, for those interested. Looks like it will be 190 units. Had the website been updated since this post from a couple months ago? (In other words, do we know more now than we did then?)

Well at least they updated it fairly soon, unlike those that don't and "Early" indicates some optimism or confidence.
