I like them trying to do something different and European influenced, but it would be nicer and less suburban feeling with a more of the green courtyard in front and less parking.

I think it is actually, the brick building across from it is the Prince of Wales Armoury.
Here is a flashy instagram they posted a while back, supposedly the same development but it's not really looking like it will be. Unless this will be the "Future community hall" building?
