I do wonder if the success of the lease up for 121 West will cause a bit of a push to get this project shovel ready.

I've been told that there is less than a 5% chance the current development group gets this building going. Will likely try to sell it

I am curious "who" told you that London Life Real Estate Fund will not be proceeding with funding and is selling the property. This project of 700 units is still listed, of course, in the GWL website: https://www.gwlrealtyadvisors.com/businesses/development/projects-in-planning/

^I hate when they just rip sidewalks and road like this. They will most likely just fill it back with asphalt and it will look completely out of place and obvious. Yes, it's cheaper but still..

I haven't heard anything other than it is unlikely this project will move forward. Info I have is GWL will likely try to sell it

I hope it's sold to a developer who would actually building housing here. Prime location by the Brewery District and now the LRT a block away.
