I was wondering what's been going on here recently until I saw a deeper hole was actually dug over the past few days so that's a good thing. Only concerning thing is there is no permit or photo of what is to be built (at least from what I can see)

There was one on the fence I thought but maybe it was taken down as it looks like there's a new fence on site now...I believe.
Edit: Just as I thought. Post #47 has the permit on it.

Pretty wild, it's been a decade since we last had an active storefront on that parcel, most of the time since then (2017) it's been a vacant eyesore. Looking forward to something finally getting built.

That sign was there back in 2023 and into 2024 but fingers crossed it's a reality!!! One less open pit on 99th street

Did they remove the Geothermal lines when they filled this in. I seem to recall they had started them.

Its looked the same for about a month, not quite at grade but looks like most of the forms and rebar are there.
