I like this project. A major road a couple blocks south of Whyte is a great area for some height.

For those not familiar with Casia, they most recently completed The Willow and The George in Queen Mary Park near Kingsway

Based on the massing etc I'm guessing the final product would look very similar in colours, finishes, etc just... taller. Which is fine. No masterpiece, but decent enough and good density filler and a great way to bring people to East Whyte/West Ritchie.

2026? hah, I don't recall seeing a development permit sign on this lot anymore and if I recall, fencing has been removed

I desperately want something to happen on this site! 99 st from 76th to 82nd ave is in dire need of some cool new developments. 99th really splits the community in half and having not just a noisy street, but a vibrant street would be amazing.

I still see the lack of a so-called "Happy Beer Street" when I drove down 99 St recently.
