Have they started on the vertical expansion of the 12 story(?) beside it?
Been a while since I walked by - dog doesn't want to go that far in this cold, or perhaps I don't. Elevator shaft had made some progress a few months ago though and they had done further excavation work further over.

Regency and Pagnotta love to be so secretive with the tower facade. Felt like they left all their scaffolding and debris netting up forever on Edgewater 1 & 2,

I wonder why it looks like the top few floors have remained uncovered for so many months now. Are they still working on the superstructure for those floors before they put the walls on? Or are they working on the lower portions of the building first?

That is never going to happen - after all the same minions let Peregrine slap on that siding and it took a long time to fix that horror. And lets not forget the latest debacle - our main library.Maybe they're afraid the City will tell them to stop building once they see it

Spotted yesterday while waiting to cross the street: It looks like they're starting to work near the top. I haven't seen the yellow wrap up there before.
