Some windows going in on the ground floor. Can also see a bunch of shower/bathtub fixtures sitting around. Foundation for the 12 floor building is ready to go next door and it looks like they are digging more of the pit out on the north side.

On the top of this page it says 25 s (25 stories) and I count 13 on the picture? So by my arithmetic that is just more than half way. Why am I working this out!? Do your own heavy lifting hahaha.

Well I did the math on it and got the same answer, but I am also not working on the project so I'm not 100% of it's floor count, if there were any changes, etc... Sorry to trouble you with my quick little question/comment.

By my accounts, they're working on floor 13, so 12 + technical to go. In terms of height, about half way there.

but the real question is how many floors of mechanical will be stacked on top? will the big grey box be 20' tall? 30'? flat-topped or with a sassy angled parapet? what grey will they paint it? A classic gunmetal, a soft and subtle Gainsboro, or a dark and daring graphite?

...sorry about that. but really, with the Clifton Place tower topping out with yet another grey mech space (see the Hat 5 Corners), i am bracing myself for the worst when this thing tops out. do we know what that will look like? I don't trust renders, they go bad like fresh produce.

Probably minimal based on the renders. Maybe half of one floor? Doesn't give a good idea of what HVAC will be up there. Elevator core is now above grade for the next 12-floor building next to the taller one.
