It does feel like the food court has more open businesses than last time I was there, which is interesting...
It is not a commercial building trying hard to attract shoppers or impress customers, so it doesn't need to look as current as long as it is well maintained.Interesting how a building that's so immaculately maintained can still look so dated.

Interesting, this would be the third new furniture store downtown in the last year, so a bit of a revival. It doesn't quite replace the Bay and Structube which had some lower prices, but I would say this is a good sign of retail coming back more downtown.105 St north of Jasper Ave - apparently this is a furniture store

Oof is right. And yet we're all supposed to take their word then on how the city should dispense theirs.Oof. Between that and the Good Goods fiasco, I have some serious doubts about how wisely the DBA dispenses its money.
