Even from the flat roof it's 147m, and from the cornice around the roof it's 149m. By proper CTUBH standards, though, this is a 151m building from grade to architectural tip. Most of our numbers on new buildings are dead accurate using the new imagery, but not for Icon. This is a skyscraper.
 
How was I today years old when I realized that Icon has a 46th floor facing Dow's Lake with balconies and double height windows? I'm not sure if it's amenity or penthouse.
It is part of the penthouse unit, it was for sale at some point last year. It is the master bedroom which has a patio on the east side. Video of it below:
