A very good source indicates that Metrolinx has purchased this space from Canada Lands which of course makes total sense. Let's hope that we can get the transit trifecta out of this - DRL station, GO Station and maybe a Union Pearson Express quick stop. Two out of three would not be bad!

Its an awkward spot here, and so very close to the tracks. be better to kiddie corner the idea on the NE corner. Just a thought.
