That's a startling statistic, rbt. Do you have a source, because I'd love to use it in an article I am writing up.

How much does it cost to maintain parking spaces at all the park-and-ride bus stops GO has now?

Burlington (Highway 5/407), Hurontario (at 407) both have direct local transit connections - both BTs enter the GO loops at each of the two. The 407 park and rides are becoming very popular. Are they paid for by GO? The 407? Or MTO?

Or if you manage to get on one of the two Waterloo runs to Milton: Waterloo-Milton, Milton GO train to Kipling GO station, 44 to Kipling/Lakeshore.

Unfortunately, there's only two runs each way per day, and both of the eastbound runs leave very early. This takes about 2 hours and 20 minutes or so.

I think we may have a winner!

And a catch ...

I have class on friday afternoon and monday morning, so there is no way that train service from Milton would be at all useful to me, Unless the bus actually made a stop at the Milton train station, which it doesn't, and besides, the Milton train has no reverse rush hour service.
