This site is just MASSIVE
Heritage-esque name and built-form, with what will no doubt be crappy pre-cast grey and white panels. Also, very strange to see sunken retail, reminiscent of Elgin.

Glad there is less black at the top than in those earlier renders, but the faux look is still tacky to me.

kinda the like replicas of European cities in china.
It sure is ugly, but can't complain too much considering this is a proper "main street" building with ground level retail.

They painted some of the details gold.
Not sure how I feel about this one. It's so different for Ottawa. Like a mix of Quebec and Moroccan architecture or something. I wouldn't want a bunch more of these, but I don't hate having the one.
