I really like seeing these 6 storey buildings on smaller sites, they look a lot better than the big ones like Sentinel IMO.

Since the City bought back the land, I'd expect them to build roads and utilities then parcel out the land to developers a la The Bridges, Midfield Heights, Riverbend TOD, etc
DP2025-00969 is Pending Appeal...
Looks like it survived appeal - DP2025-00969 is now approved.
