This turned out great! Simple design. Good materials. A few unique architectural features. It’s amazing to me that some developers make it look so hard, when a building like this makes it look so easy.

Love this design!
You must be unaccustomed to Calgary weather.. It's not unusual to have snow in April. There were also days in February and March that hit 20C. The weather is weather is very up and down from Jan-April.

This building looks great. An excellent example of why some of us rail against poor facade/material choices. It can be done, just requires a little taste and effort (and sometimes less effort!).
