I hate to be a debbie downer, but it looks to me like someone is using the site for temporary storage of some dug up dirt.

There may be something going on with this one. It looks like they’ve leveled part of the site.
The DP was approved Feb 2025, but has not been released. I’m guessing there isn’t anything happening with it, but who knows. We’ve seen this before with Eaglecrest, where they clear a site and leave it for a year so maybe now it’s ready to go.
