I’m really liking this one. It’s a nice change from the usual, hardy board and plastic siding.

This project plus the two that will go up on either side of the apartment building to the north will fill in this section of 10th street nicely.

Maybe not. The plans submitted to the DP were updated in late October.

The other two proposals north of this are dead, and this one may not be fully flatlined but is most definitely on some serious life support.

Any insights as to why?
Not to say they're not dead, but the two Vera sites (528 and 628 10 St NW) DPs were also both updated in October.
