It’s a shame they didn’t go with the Moda design. But this will be good urban infill. So much potential for 16th Ave. and Center Street to be a busy epicenter for the North Hill.

I dont mind the approved design, other than the Galactic Empire colour scheme, but i do much prefer the MODA design. But regardless, I am happy to see two separate large projects underway within a block of one another that will bring hundreds of new residents to the area.
