Their website seems to have all sorts of errors on it. Although, a 2 bed unit at $2000 doesn't seem like a bad deal.

Ha, yeah, I think at this point, that would be a steal there. I paid $1400 for a 350sqft apartment....but this was like 14 years ago and in a part of Brooklyn that wasn't particularly cool. Bet that place is like $2.5-3K now.

All the conversions should at most be this. I really don’t understand when they paint or replace facades with pixelated spandrel… some of these conversions are just hideous.

Less is more should be the rule of thumb. The one thing replaced here, the windows, aren't bad however, they aren't as good as the originals with the seated eye level mullion.
New Yorkers make good coin. A studio apartment is still entry level for most people whereas a studio in Toronto or Vancouver is best most people can hope to achieve.

Nice to see these finally coming to fruition as we wait for a lot of the new high-rises to be built in the coming years. I bet that we will be hearing an official opening/move-in announcement regarding The Dominion Centre very soon as well.
