There's not much there to be honest, but it's worth checking out of you're in the area. The canal is interesting, and you can tour the area in about 15 minutes. Someone on Reddit said construction is already underway on this.

I’m glad to see that useless parking lot filled but this looks like a taller version of those ugly condos above Northill mall. Mansard roofs have no place on a highrise.

God Quarry Park is ugly! This city really does love ripping off good architecture with crappy stucco. Not as bad as Edmonton at least...

Me too. It is what it is, it's nothing special, but it has some things going for it. Walking access to the Bow River and parthway system, a future Green line station and the little canal thingy they have is kind of nice. It's better than clusterf**ks like Shawnesy or West Hills, etc..

It's a vague interpretation of a Mansard Roof. I've never heard Nuera referenced that way. These towers are quite plain which will probably work in their favour.
