Seems like one of those projects where you want to be the one who buys it on the cheap from the guy who went bankrupt taking it to 90% completion.

Agreed, but not sure I'd want to own any assets development by Strategic. The amount of corner cutting is likely immeasurable.

Second level of the penthouse is well underway. Might start to see some more substantial steps towards completion as we work our way into the fall. I still give it a year before its done. The interior will be a lot of work.
