There was talk of the new Fairmont being around the same height as this hotel, but the footprint of this one looks to be much larger than the footprint of Singapore Sam’s site.

The Stampede hotel parcel is larger but, when comparing the building floorplates, they might be pretty close, the the Stampede hotel floorplates don't use all of the parcel.. I guess we'll see when the DP coming out for the Fairmont.
