Are they going to relocate the store to the ground floor of the building? Any plans for the space occupied by the existing store?

Yes, the co-op goes into the ground floor then the existing co-op gets demo'd. They are buidling someting like 9 CRU's where the existing store is.

Is the Co-op going to be a similar size to the one there now? Shopped at the existing one this afternoon and the new space looks smaller than the current building but I also know these things are pretty difficult to perceive just by eyeballing things from the outside.

Current store is ~35,000 sq ft. New one will be ~40,000.
