Last but not least, Monty 44. I managed to get the full site in the shot, so today you’re getting the full Monty!

No pictures, but this is at or above grade on the western side of the lot. They also had 10+ cement trucks idling and backing up (beep, beep, beep) throughout the neighbourhood starting at 5:30 this morning, so they must be doing a big pour today. Maybe to fill in the east side where they've been pumping water out of since they bottomed out?
