Pleasantly surprised that they went with concrete on the upper floors. I assumed it would be concrete base with wood frame above.

Given they went with concrete, I'm surprised they didn't go taller, even 3 or 4 extra floors. I don't know what the FAR is for that parcel, but we've already seen taller buildings in U/D.
