Seems like a waste of missed opportunity on this lot. Would’ve been a great location for a boutique hotel or condo/rental. A two story daycare seems ho-hum

Agreed! I'll never forgive them for letting Lacey Court fall into ruin but at the very least, they could have done something better with what they wanted to develop here.

So they are basically just rebuilding the original structure, but as a 2 storey instead of a single storey? Can't complain about that...
