Last month, I passed by the blue church and couldn’t help but wonder about its future. It appears to be in poor condition, with a cracked foundation. I’m curious to know the final plans for this unique and charming building.
 
Is that church not part of this development? I've been operating under the assumption that the restoration of that church into a cool new space was part of this development... it was one of the reasons I was excited for it.
