I agree with everyone, this is turning out very well. Should be template for all other three or four story office buildings with that 80s mirrored glass.
I wonder how long until they give the exterior of City Hall a facelift... I know they're redoing the interior floor by floor it seems. Or is that one of those things that the City wouldn't do because money could be better spent elsewhere?also city hall

For this point about conversions working, I wonder if/when we see Ford Tower get converted. A lot of buildings around here are being converted or at least slated to be. The "Office Space for Lease" sign remains up. I think this one would just need to swap out the windows for ones that can open. The floor plate isn't huge either.This one was made much easier by already having an exclusively glass exterior. In fairness to some of the others, that is not the case. These conversions only work when you update what's already there...the minute you have to do any major exterior structural modifications, the business plan goes out the window
