Won't be long before we get to see the general shape. Does anyone know what the exterior material is going to be?

Hey guys,

The sides and rear will be a black vertical metal panel and the front will be cedar that will be allowed to age and grey naturally.

Nice that the building will start off with the cedar being reddish brown and then aging naturally.

Hope the contractor waterproofs the planters well, over a wood structure that will be a nightmare if they don't. Is BMP the contractor on this?

RNDSQR is building this one themselves. We've detailed the planters such that they are independent from the roof membrane. And they are protected on the bottom so that no one with an overly aggressive pitchfork will compromise the waterproofing!
