Hopefully they can re-open the sidewalk on 1 Street SE once exterior work is done. It's a very busy pedestrian area and not a nice road to have to cross back and forth on.

This is Calgary though. The exterior will be 99.99999% complete but the sidewalk will remain closed for 8 more months because the building still needs a single piece of trim.
