A new downtown-ish MacDonald's! This one will have the least amount of drug use, making it the one I will go to for a quick and dirty craving. Let you decide if I'm talking about the food.

You might even be able to smell the deep fryer from the DIC.
I for one approve of it being turned into a McDonald's.

As much as people hate on McDonald's, a good diversity in retail/resto is good for the inner city.

Yikes.
I used to live close to that area. The last thing that intersection needs is a McDonald's.

Unfortunately, this McDonald’s will probably fail. I expect it’ll quickly become a drop in center unless it is setup as takeout only. I can see the drive-through business doing quite well with people heading home from work.

It's a terrible location for a McDonald's drive-through as well. There's not enough runway and it's guaranteed to back out onto the street.

I was thinking the same thing, though a Starbucks can get fairly busy in the morning rush so I'm sure it won't be anything new, just all day now lol.
Yeah, I think cars backing up will be a problem, un less they move the service window to the west side of the building, then it would give a fair bit of room for cars to queue up.
