Yeah, they don't seem to be missing Johnny or Chucky. We'll see how they are on the road, but either way, they are a team with a lot of good players. They'll be up in the top quarter of the teams.

Man, the Flames are struggling lately. I know that three of the last four losses have been against teams with better records, but still. Doesn't seem to be any chemistry on that top line.

The whole team just seems off, think a road trip and some team building should help!
I'm thinking the same thing. Get away from home and onto a different change of scenery. In all fairness to the Flames, Edmonton, NJ, and Seattle are playing well.

I don't usually agree with Eric Francis, but he was saying the team has been in town (save for a single game in Edmonton) for 7 weeks straight. A road trip should be exactly what they need.

If there's a positive side to it, it's that they lost to two teams who are are playing well, and only by one goal. Luckily it's still early.

The Stanley Cup or Connor Bedard. Which one are we chasing? Ideally we should be really good or really bad this season but I have the feeling we'll just barely miss the playoffs after being awful for the first half of the season.

Flames should still challenge for the division, they just need to work on some things. I think if this Flames team has a chance at the cup it will be next season, this year they figure eachother out.
After losing 7 in a row, they've made somewhat of a comeback. seems like playing Ruzicka has been a help. He definitely has a touch for finishing scoring chances.

Tanev coming back was a big factor too. This team should be a contender, they just need time to get used to each other and the coach and the systems. Next year will likely be the year they make another run, this year will be about making the playoffs.

Good to see the boys stomp the Panthers and keep Chucky off the scoresheet in his return to the dome. Heard more than a few boos every time he touched the puck too

Agreed. There's no reason for anyone to boo him.

Monahan is nothing but class, and he didn't want out. Definitely expect a great reception for him tonight. Also happy to see him doing well! was worried his career was all but done after all the injuries, he would be 5th on the Flames in points so far this year.
