Excellent! I also note they appear to have a very realistic perspective on the local market, knowing it'll take a while to sell all of the units, and also with a rental component. And their pricing seems to be very reasonable too. Topping out at the $800's for a 3 bedroom unit in a new build - tallest residential building in the Prairies, no less - seems like a good deal to me.

For sure. If we ever see a developments o the SE and SW corner of that intersection, it would be the perfect place for a scramble.

Studio and one-bedroom condos starting in the mid-$300,000s also feels quite reasonable for a brand new luxury building in a prime location like 17th.

Fine for the location but just to note the sizes are smaller than what had been typical in Calgary. 1 bed is 590-605 sqft, 2 bed/2bath, 631 - 864 sqft, and 3 bed/3 bath is 919-1201 sqft. But they are pricing this pretty well considering the location.
