Wonder if they go lower than P2 in the tower... I assume not as there is no shoring in place but maybe they add it?

The tower will be 3 levels of parkade. New shoring will be provided including underpinning work on the east and south ends of the new tower for the connections to the existing structures.

Here's hoping they at least bring the whole parcel up to grade along with the new tower's parkade connections to the existing structure. Would suck to have another WVT hole on this prominent parcel in the Beltline.
