The hardie panel and easy trim section that is white turned out a lot better than most. If they use brise soleils and an exterior window jamb extension I think it would really improve that portion. But it’s pretty good as is considering the materials

Could be! The reveals looked like colour-matched Easy Trim, but not having exposed fasteners makes me think this couldve been Hardie Panels and Easy Trim with something like a sub-girt rainscreen system if that is what they used, or you could be right that that it is a metal panel system.

Will need to look a little closer next time I am there.
