Some work being done on the existing building. Looks like Hardy Board is being installed to those units. Actually looks good. Looks a Dark blue and maybe a light grey

Although there is a For Sale sign on the north fence, they have started construction on the south Units. Might be easier to sell with everything finished

Not often do I say this, but I wish they stuck with the vinyl siding on that end lot too.

100% agree, or at least they could have gone with a darker colour to try to mask it rather than that beige/light grey.
