I’m not a fan of “themed” districts or areas trying to replicate a specific style, but if there was ever an area that should have followed a specific architectural trend it would be Trinity Hills. How you don’t design this new community located at the bottom of a ski hill to resemble a mountain village is beyond me!

I led the master planning and approvals for this when I was with Dream (OP was a transportation consultant too!!).

Nice to see it coming along. I think it sets a new bar for greenfield.
