Holy wasteland

Frustration that the city’s busiest mall and an LRT station is surrounded by a sea of parking lots. Great that we’re seeing some development though. Once it gets going it’ll probably take off.

It's basically an abandoned parking lot right now, so this is still a huge improvement to the area in my mind. This is one area of the city that can support mixed use pretty well without the NIMBY pushback.

Hopefully if the buildings are successful the bank could be replaced with nicer development with these ones just in the background.

1 level of below ground parkade below the entire footprint. But the west tower includes additional above ground parkade up to level 4.
