Ha, yeah I guess it's all relative to the market and one's personal expectations within that market. Compared to what you see in Edmonton or Saskatoon or something, this is still pretty good. Compared to what you typically see in Vancouver or Toronto, this is pretty mediocre. This is probably an Edmonton 8/9, a Calgary 6/7, and a Vancouver 4.

Hey now, at least up here we can still afford to buy groceries AND pay rent... every other month! 😤

I like the scale of this. If it was much taller with this design, it would start to fall apart but just as you're looking up and seeing it you get to the top, where there is some slight variation. Like some others, I don't mind how busy the windows are, it is different and I'll take it.
 
The name "Reds" is sliced and diced with the new structure. They did a crap job if it is intentional to keep it. I'd rather now have it removed with something new painted that works with the space. A retro style 4th Street Lofts sign like the retro style Reds
