To some, Francesco might not be considered a ‘tower’ but it is a high rise.
I think of high-rises as 12 floors, and towers as 14 or more. That's just me, so I'm also going to go with 8 
.
It still sort of depends on the shape of the building though. A 14 story building with a thin profile feels like a tower to me, but a 14 storey building with a huge floorplate might not.

Ever since 6 storey wood frame became a thing, my brain differentiates based on concrete vs wood frame rather than tower vs midrise.

Thanks! I always forget about Nest. I was commenting more on the ones that haven’t topped out and will be rising into the skyline and how we’ll see more skyline change.
