I took a walk down 105 Ave and parts of 107 Ave in Queen Mary Park and I was surprised at how nice they feel with all the odd little painted buildings and the unique shops. I'm going to call it: in five years, this will be one of the most desirable areas in the city for 20/30-somethings seeking an urban lifestyle. It just seems natural considering the VLW to the south, the next phase of the ICE District to the east, the MacEwan business school, and Leston's projects eating up the couple of empty blocks here.

I wish they would change the diagonal parking on 115 and 114 Streets north of 105 Ave to parallel parking.
Diagonal parking is so small town Alberta.
