The townhouses are an odd arrangement. I get it as this allows for the most units to be built. I don't understand the buyers.

It seems really awkward for many of those townhouses to face a grassy lawn, I'm unsure if the addition of a few trees or a fence would help make that townhouse arrangement less awkward.
