I’m not a fan of “themed” districts or areas trying to replicate a specific style, but if there was ever an area that should have followed a specific architectural trend it would be Trinity Hills. How you don’t design this new community located at the bottom of a ski hill to resemble a mountain village is beyond me!

Add Alpine Park to list of places with black, white and beige condos. If you like that colour scheme you've got a lot of choice.
Agreed, but I like the overall design of these ones a lot better than some of the others we've seen recently, like the abominations planned for Oakridge and Shawnessy.

The other thing they did is they made the choice University District did where parking is entirely underground. Regardless of the shape and style of buildings, that choice alone dramatically improves all edges and interfaces, plus allows a ton more landscaping. Whole thing improves (despite really still being just a couple boring boxes).
