Correct. That parcel is ripe and Brass III likely will sell I assume.

Agree that the empty lot next to it is sad and prime for development. I was excited when it was rezoned to allow for the tower, but looks like that is dead.

Speaking of empty lots, does anyone know about this one nearby on Whyte and 100St? Anyone of note own it? The former gas station site:
