There are no definite plans as of now. Fire damaged properties can take a long time to proceed. I've seen too many that sit languished through the years.

In Chinatown, the SW corner of Spadina Baldwin and a section of old houses on Oxford Street just west of Spadina come to mind that remain decrepit after over a decade. There's also a former auto garage at Davenport & Ossington that still remains vacant land for around 2 decades and no one wants to buy it.

This site here is in Yorkville and would be perceived as higher profile so perhaps there would be greater interest to see it re-utilized. But it still needs to go through with the legal and investigative proceedings, which at this point is not established on how long that will take.

Even 615 queen west is still vacant, while the rest of the 2008 fire block got built around it
