Those remaining developments are still a ways out till completion, so anything could happen especially when you are talking about Urbancorp.
What's going on with Urbancorp anyways? They are really messing up big time on most of their projects.
At the rate you would think they would eventually close down all together due to their failing reputation and PR.

This front page story from December 2015 includes new plans for the site now that it's in Hullmark's hands: no more condo here. No super-detailed reno plan yet either, but hopefully we will hear more soon. Or maybe others have more info already?

I looked into this, and yea..just read the article from January. It was cancelled then the project switched hands to Hullmark, who's abandoning the condo scheme and refurbishing this property.
