should we not indicate the architects who are doing the rehab? as that is what the title of the thread is referring to.He's the architect who designed the building in the early 60s.

also structural slabs have been cut, columns removed, new steel columns and cross bracing being added, exterior granite being replaced, full new mechanical and electrical systems, exterior landscaping being completely redone, not to mention a full interior fit out. it's quite extensive.I know they are getting extensive electrical work done so an interior gut sounds about right to me.
I put the building's original architect because we didn't hear the name of the rehab architect I don't think. I'll do some research tomorrow and see if I can find it.should we not indicate the architects who are doing the rehab? as that is what the title of the thread is referring to.
