Those are the approved (yellow) 28+30s Brigil towers at 1299 Richmond

Honestly, the Brigil development and the Fengate one are my most anticipated in this area. This one is good enough to add for TOD goals, so just build it fast, slap it together, and move resources to another tower lol.
