Well, this'll be another funky looking building by Sierra. I think this'll turn out worse than the project near Banff, which is my worst fear.

From 2 days ago...demolition has been underway for a few days now as I type this. I keep forgetting this address is going off Cleveland, which doesn't make any sense to me, as I know the rough address of this property along Eglinton.

Shoring permit was accepted (not issued) December 29th.

I pass by the site 2-3 times a week. They dug out much of the site, about 6 feet down in parts, but they haven't done shoring AFAIK. So...no.
