I think you are confused between SmartLiving and Smart Living Properties. SmartLiving is under ownership of SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trust. Smart Living Properties is owned by a couple of scam artists.

I guess Smart Living Properties rebranded to Dwell?? I was confused when I looked up Smart Living because I knew in my head the logo was not orange.
