Isn't this Smart Centre relatively new? When was this built, 10 years ago? Short lifespan.

Does its age matter? This crap never should have been built in the first place - the sooner it goes, the better.

I mean, of all the poor planned/located SmartCentres in the City of Toronto, this is probable the one that fits the area the best. Highways, Hyrdo corridors, pollution surround it. If you are going to have a Smart Centre anywhere in Toronto, this would be the place to have it. And, what about how wasteful it is to redevelop property this quickly. All the materials used to build these structures, to the landfill? It's not environmentally sound to have the quick of a turnover.

People love living by highways. Have you not noticed the development all along sheppard, all along 427, all along the Gardner. Is it a good idea is another thing but they love buying there.
